1099-Bs only catch wash sales inside one account. Upload all of a client's taxable and IRA exports and get cross-account wash sales, IRA-triggered permanent disallowances, and a Form 8949 draft CSV.

What it does

• Reads Schwab, Fidelity, Robinhood, Interactive Brokers, E*TRADE, Webull, Vanguard and Alpaca exports, plus realized gain/loss files.
• Same-symbol wash sales across every uploaded account (optionally index-fund twins like SPY/VOO); IRA purchases disallow permanently (Rev. Rul. 2008-5).
• Form 8949 Part I / Part II draft with code W adjustments and totals. Draft for your review; box A/B/D/E per the 1099-B.
• FIFO or highest-cost-first, starting carryforwards, single or married-joint, federal plus CA, NY, NJ, MA, OR or MN.

Tested against IRS Pub 550 wash-sale examples and 2025 rate schedules; see methodology. Data is used only to compute the report (IRC 7216).
